I’m a husband, dad to two wild little humans, and an active-duty Marine who’s been stationed right here at Camp Lejeune. I know what it’s like to juggle family, workups, deployments, and the constant uncertainty that comes with military life—so when I help someone buy, sell, or invest, it’s coming from real experience, not theory.

I started investing in real estate myself and quickly realized how powerful it can be for building real wealth, especially for service members who are tired of watching their BAH disappear into someone else’s pocket. I’m Will Lloyd, an active-duty Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune with a passion for real estate. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find my wife and me on the soccer sidelines cheering on our two kids. Family, discipline, and commitment are at the core of everything I do.

With nearly 15 years in the Marine Corps and retirement on the horizon, I started asking myself what life after the military would look like.
